Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders above $50.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays Petastra is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.
